미국 여행의 준비 마무리 esta 신청...

왜 하필 Google에서 검색을 해서 낚였을까..

정신없이 신청을 하다 보니 상단 표시 된 것 만 보고 결제까지 완료

 

 

 

다행히 결제까지만 하고 세부 사항은 적기 전이였는데

곰곰이 생각해 보니 너무 비싸다는 생각이 들어서 검색해 보니

웬걸 

가격이 $40인데 난 왜 1인당 $142에 달하는 금액을 결제한 거지

대행사에 낚였다.

 

 

환불작전 시작

다행히 출근 시간대가 맞았는지 바로 답장이 왔는데..

유럽 특정 법을 예시로 들면서 환불이 불가능

But, 

완전히 esta을 신청하기 전이고 제출 전이므로 배려해서 환불해 주겠다는 내용 근데 수수료 인단 11달러 제외하고 준다네..

 

 

어떻게 해서든 메일로 전체 환불을 시도 해보았지만 

실패.....

환불 해주는 것도 감지덕지라 생각하고 kindness 한 제안을 수락그리고 꼭 취소 영수증 달라함.먼저 간략하게 취소처리 되었다는 메일이 왔다.

 

 

3일 뒤 영수증 도착했다..

 

여행은 여유롭게 준비하는 게 맞는 것 같다.

카드사에 전화해보니

환불 절차 진행 완료

$44는 과외비라고 생각하자!!
